Our Mission
HardshipHelper360 exists to help people in financial crisis find the right words when asking for help.
Too often, people facing hardship don't know how to write a professional request for assistance. They feel intimidated by formal language, worried about sounding desperate, or unsure what information to include. As a result, their requests get ignored or rejected — not because they don't deserve help, but because they didn't know the right words to use.
What We Provide
HardshipHelper360 provides professionally written letter templates for eight common hardship situations:
- Landlord / Rent Payment Plans
- Utility Company Payment Plans
- Medical Bill Assistance
- Credit Card / Lender Hardship Programs
- 401k Hardship Withdrawals
- Church / Congregation Assistance
- Food Bank / Food Pantry Requests
- Nonprofit / Charity Grant Applications
Each template uses the specific language and terminology that organizations recognize and respond to. We've included the "magic words" that trigger real processes — terms like "informal review," "Charity Care policy," and "workout agreement" — to give your request the best chance of success.
Why It's Free
People in crisis shouldn't have to pay for help. HardshipHelper360 is completely free to use. We don't require an account, we don't collect your data, and we never charge for access. This tool exists to serve people who need it most.
