Why this site exists
If you've ever stared at a hospital bill that was bigger than a paycheck, an eviction notice taped to the door, a denial letter from disability, a shutoff notice from the power company — you know that the hardest part isn't always the situation itself. The hardest part is that nobody tells you what to do next.
The information exists. Programs exist. Free help exists. But it's scattered across hundreds of government sites, non-profit pages, and community resources, often written in language that requires a graduate degree to parse. By the time you find what you need, you've already been on hold for forty-five minutes and the deadline has moved.
This site exists to put it all in one place, in plain English. Free. No signup. Nothing stored.
Who built this
HardshipHelper360 was built by Dechanda Presley, owner of MsDee360 Studio LLC. Dechanda is a self-taught developer, songwriter, and digital product creator working out of Birmingham, Alabama. MsDee360 Studio was established in 2023.
The studio also builds and maintains a small portfolio of other free public-interest tools — hardship calculators, homeschool worksheets, DMV prep, a free resume builder. The thread that runs through all of them is the same: low-cost or no-cost help, built well, with no funny business.
How the site is funded
The site shows ads through Google AdSense. The ad revenue covers hosting, domains, and the time spent keeping pages current. There are no paid placements, no sponsored articles, no affiliate links to specific lawyers or tax companies, no commissions when you click through to a government program. We don't take money to recommend anything.
If you want to support the site, the best thing you can do is share it with someone who needs it.
What's not on this site
We do not collect personal data. We do not have an email list. We are not affiliated with any government agency, charity, or service provider. We do not endorse any specific lawyer, lender, tax-relief company, debt-relief company, or for-profit service.
